IRS files tax lien against Al Pacino over $188k Debt
The Internal Revenue Service just filed a tax lien against actor Al Pacino for $188,283.50.
They claim that Pacino slighted the government out of $169,143.06 in 2008 and $19,140.44 in 2009.
A rep for Pacino told TMZ that Al had never intended to cheat Uncle Sam. He blames the whole thing on his former business manager Kenneth Starr, convicted Ponzi schemer who was recently given a seven year sentence for defrauding some Hollywood bigwigs out of millions.
Fortunately according to his people Al has new management and is looking to remedy the situation ASAP.
